Worst service!!!! Or no service at all!!!!!!!!

The absolute worst service you will EVER receive! Or should i say the service you dont receive!!!!!!!!!!! Been trying to sort out my account for over a month everyday on the phone for more than 3 hours a day and still nobody has helped me in any way!!!!!!!

They keep dropping the line or tell you hold on the the line dies!!!! So frustrating! They debit more than what they should and then when you want your money back they refuse to do a refund!!!!! Just take take take! *******!!!!!! I will not be renewing a contract with them again ever!!!!!!
