WORST SERVICE OR NETWORK PROVIDER L...@MTNSA

@MTNSA I've been calling for the past two days to blacklist a device which was ****** on the 26 December 22 and your consultants keep transferring me from Contract department to Prepaid department and vice versa...the two departments cant access my number to blacklist my device so that I can get a ITC Number and when I ask is there anyone that can assist me with this process the consultants keep quiet and just transfer me to the next department....it's been two days and I am sick of this.... really poor customer service
