Worst service on planet earth.

MTN has the most atrocious service on planet earth. To get our data contract cancelled,we drove 60km to the nearest MTN at Heidelberg mall in the Gauteng. They send us back home to get our modem and bring it back... Then they want this and then that. Not wanted to help a client in the quickest, most effective way possible. Plus the level of friendliness and being helpful is a full zero! Then we came to MTN three Rivers in Vereeniging. Same story. Super bad service. Took over an hour to finally cancel our data contract. Please stay away from MTN as far as possible!!! You will regret it.
