Worst Service Of All Time. NO Internet for 2 weeks on my router

In ingwavuma we don't have network for 2 weeks now. No calls no nothing. I had to drive to richardsbay to post this complaint. I hate you for this, please fix it urgently this week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
