WORST SERVICE-NO CONTRACT CANCELATION- SUSPENDED NUMBER

I took a sim only contract with MTN in May 2021- 300GB for only R300. A bargain right? little did I know that when the contract ends MTN would drag cancelling the contract so I would pay more. A month before the contract expired, I sent MTN retentions a 1 month cancelation notice email which was read and rep**** to by an MTN agent however they did not cancel the contract. After the contract ended, MTN placed my line on a month to month basis and they deducted R1900 from my account. After multiple calls and emails, MTN still hasn't resolved my issue and they suspended my number.
