WORST SERVICE MTN INSURANCE

I have logged a claim with mtn insurance on the 7th and all i get is a run around.I have to contact them for my claim to actually be attended to.every time. I called that's when it is referred somewhere else .If you dont you will wait forever.There is no communication and when you make means to contact them consultants like thokozani and Sijabulile who either hangs up on your ear or places you on hold for no reason .After holding for the longest time all you get is an *********** consultant . I have never in my entire life experience such ****py service. i will never recommend their insurance to anyone.
