Worst service I've ever received from any service provider!! MTN

I am shocked with the way that I've been treated by MTN!! I have been struggling for FOUR MONTHS to sort my account out with them! I've been at the Westgate branch twice now, and spent hours there, only to have the manager send an email to some department, and still not getting anywhere! The manager gave me his number, but he doesn't answer my calls nor my messages. He phoned me last week, and got me all excited as I thought it is finally getting sorted out, but he got me confused with another customer, and then just said Oh he still hasn't received feedback. Ridiculous!!!!! Pathetic!!!
