Worst service in the world

<p>After numerous emails and phone calls being transferred from one agent to another all just to get a settlement letter I am starting to regret taking another contract with MTN. Then they tell me they have no direct telephone number. The last person I spoke to assured me that the settlement letter was beginning emailed to me as we spoke and guess what I still don’t have it. Yes I have the last call on voice recording. I have never in my live had such bad service. I am considering legal action against the lawyers that they use as they kept accepting money from me when the file was already transferred back to MTN and now they refuse to give me a statement reflecting my payments but I guess bad service attracts bad service, Norton.Lambranos. I implore you to read this complaint and mail met the settlement letter for account A ********** </p>
