Worst Service in the country MTN

When is this going to be resolved, Ticket number ***

Previous tickets, 27 September SMC*** - marked as resolved 5 October SMC*** - marked as resolved Yet the problem is still here How many more weeks is it going to take to fix the tower in Malelane???

How many times a week do I need to call in? How many more months do I need to pay in full and get no service? How is it such an impossible task to fix just 1 single tower that services the Malelane town?

I am so sick and tired of having to deal with this, I am losing business as I can not speak to my clients and take care of there Hosting service.

I also can not spend any more money on vodacom data to stay online, last month alone I spent almost double my mtn bill on vodacom just to be online
