Worst Service in SA!

I am trying to cancel but contract as I took out a new with another provider. I get messed around the whole time. I was in store to cancel and hear what amount I need to pay off my contract but I was told to phone in.

First time I phoned in they told me I need to phone back on the 30th. Second time I phoned in I was told they cant do anything as it takes 30 days. Then I phoned in again and they keep dropping the call.

All I want to do is cancel my contract so that I can port my old number to my new contract. No one can assist me. Ridiculous! So glad I am leaving MTN.
