Worst service in history

I have been trying to cancel my contract because it has expired and trying to call mtn and no one Is willing to help me, I tried a couple of times and it's the same stories and I have spoken to few consultants, they just brush off the idea and they don't care. Mtn is **********, they want to take your money but not give you the service you deserve.
