Worst service I have ever received

I wish I could use a minus star instead that's how horrible MTN service is. All I want is a statement or a paid up agreement to say i owe nothing on my previous account. I have phoned countless amount of times spending hours on the phone being transferred to everyone. Not even the MTN store can help me. I will never take a contract out again with you!!!!
