Worst service i have ever come across MTN IS NONSENSE

I am appalled by the service I’m getting from MTN from their store in wonderboom junction to the call centre. I took out a myHome sim only contract with them on the 4th of September. Monday morning the simcard was not working called the store was told yo bring my router. Went in store with my router somehow it worked , got home and the sim was still not working. The store kept giving me the run around saying they will fix my issue 3 weeks later the store manager wants to force an upgrade upon me stating my router is the problem even after telling them that the same router worked in store but not at home. I was directed to the call center who told me the store needs to send the cancellation request if I don’t want to be charged a cancellation fee. I called the store again and was told I’m lucky they answered in 40min usually it takes 2 hours. The nerve of being directed to the same call centre again
