Worst service from Portia Viljoen

I have now been waiting 7 weeks for a refund from this company for money that they debit for an insurance that i did not authorise. THe person who should be helping me with this Portia Viljoen is a nightmare to deal with, as she never answers her emails. Surely if a company has ****** money of your bank account they should refund you but this is not the case with MTN. I will not be paying for the rest of my contract as this is just ******* and i would not ever want to deal with them again. I wanted this on record just so that if they try to extract more money from me i have this on Hello Peter.
