WORST SERVICE FROM MTN SHELLY CENTRE CONTINUED

Continuing as from my previous post,:

I was called on Monday by a manager that promised me she is sorting out my query. I told her I called MTN Shelly the previous Friday and a young lady informed me the courier had picked up my phone heading for the repair centre. The manager informed me that it is not the truth and its still in store since the 25th of January. She promised to give me feedback, 4 days later still nothing.

I called other branches and they informed me that the courier comes EVERYDAY to pick up parcels. My phone has not been sent to the courier in 11 working days. Literally lying at the branch for 11 days!!!!

I called to follow up and the manager was not there. I asked if my phone was collected, simple question?? I was asked if she can phone me back, i assumed she was going to check and phone me back. The MTN store is now closed and noone called me back like she promised!

Did they lose my phone or what on earth is going on???!!!
