Worst service from MTN Home LTE

I signed up for month to month onMTN Home LTE internet, and today i again i was disconnected while the account is up to date. My debit is suppose to go off on the 4th of every month, but i thus far paid it on the last day of the month before the debit date. After i phoned MTN customer care and DM'd they, we agreed that i don't owe them any money, but i still don't have services.
