Worst service from MTN ever!!!

I bought a mifi router in May 2026 and paid cash on the website. Up until today, I haven't received my item nor have I had a refund even after communicating with all the different departments at mtn and ICASA. I will not recommend buying cash on MTNs website, they ***** your money and then it's one huge hassle and headache to get any assistance.
