Worst service from MTN ***** Department

2 years ago I learnt that ***** took place with my ID and they took an MTN cellular contact. Apparently this person didn’t pay until it accumulated to over 70k, which doesn’t make sense. Anyway, I contacted MTN ***** line and they investigated and assisted me (that’s what I thought). They gave me a clearance letter but did not remove my name from ITC. To my surprise, I learnt on Wednesday that the bank declined my application to buy a car because of the same issue. I am so livid right now, you cannot investigate and say I am clear but not see the process to its entirety. I am always calling but no one is assisting me. Can somebody, somewhere urgently assist me. This is so unfair
