WORST SERVICE FROM MTN - CLIENT WITH THEM FOR 18 YEARS!

The worst service ever, has been a client with MTN for years and for some reason their Customer Care Call Agents are not properly trained to assist clients. Spoke to Nkosinathi (Brian) Mthembu on the 17th of November 2020 to request my Tax Invoices for 2019/2020 year. He promised that I will get it within 5 working days. It's the 5th of December and I am still waiting. YOUR PROMPTS on your service to clients is boring, not everyone one to listen to Student issues.
