Worst service from MTN cellular network

I started a contract with MTN in January,worst decision ever! They have been debiting my account since then but I havent received the device to this day,I have called the customer care many times and they always promise to escalate the matter but they never do.I dont know how many times I called MTN and went to their store! MTN DID ME DIRTY!
