Worst service from MTN

I have a contract with MTN and my contract has ended. With attempts to cancelling my contract so it doesn’t continue has been unsuccessful. I went to MTN Standerton and they just gave me a number. (Said they can’t help me) When calling the number i typed in my info and selected to talk to a customer service “champion” with no success. The call just dropped when I was already on the phone for 7mins.

All I want to do is cancel my expired contract and to no avail.

The worst service ever with no way on being helped. If I could give a 0 star I would!!!
