Worst service from MTN!!!

Worst service ever!!! I have been awaiting a credit/refund since January and I have been referred between MTN and Mondo. It is yet to be sorted and whenever I call, I keep repeating the story without any luck and nobody responds to emails. And then their system is forever offline.
