Worst service from MTN
I bought 1G whatsapp social data and within 3 hours, I had no more data left. I spoke to Precious over the phone and despite her unproffessionalism, she did try to help based on what she saw on the system. She told me that her manager will get in touch with me within 30 minutes as she/he was Bush on another call.
After being with MTN for over 10 years, I never thought I'd experience this kind of service.
