Worst service from MTN
App**** for a sim swap and it was not done on Monday 30 April. Still outstanding and could not be assisted on the call centre and the branch is not answering their number. This was the Morningside branch and this is the worst service i've ever received. To make it more challenging I'm travelling out of the country and cannot use uber.

05 May 2018, 12:55My number is still not yet fixed. I would like to return the phone. Your service is the worst. This is terrible and you have terribly inconvenience and it costed me a lot of money. I could not easily get transport from the airport. This is just terrible.
