Worst Service from MTN

MTN and it’s Insurance are the worst ever!! I reported a ****** phone to them and when I did a claim, they told me that I have been paying insurance for my two old phones whose contracts have ended, but the money was being debited together with an instalment of the ****** phone. There’s one lady from the insurance who is really willing to assist me, Mamello but the guy named Letlhogonolo Sepato from Rustenburg Waterfall Mall is refusing to give us the documents needed by the insurance for my claim to be finalised. Worst he even told me straight that I will pay for the phone till the contract ends whether I have it or not!!
