Worst service from MTN - 0/100

Mtn are *********** and are *******. I have been trying to cancel an old contract which is past the contract date for a year now. They have coming up and out a whole bunch or ridiculous charges monthly and every month have a new story. The agents are rude and you can never get through to anyone they just leave you on the call without speaking but you can hear them doing things in the background. I have numerous ref number and I’m sick and tired of their terrible service. I want my query to be resolved and my money refunded to me by these people. I will attach the recent refs I have

Sort this out! Get the CEO if needs be but sort it out this is ridiculous. I mean just look at the ratings MTN has the service is so poor.
