Worst service from any provider ever

if there was a -10000 option for this review I would tick it.worst service ever so mad at myself for opening a contract with such a pathetic company. this month my direct debit order did not go off BUT on my MTN app it said that the bill has been paid and that there are NO outstanding amounts, I checked my app a million times and i called our local MTN shop who on their side confirmed that my account has no outstanding amounts and that my bill was PAID...which still is strange because it wasnt.So i left it for a few days to see what happens and true as bob today I check my app again and it says that i have the amount outstanding on 30days ALL OF A SUDDEN.most pathetic service ever received from any company!!!!
