WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE

I have been trying submit a cnacellation since the end of March. I was advised thta I need to call in 40 days before the end of the contract (which ends on 26 May 2022) So I did exactly that...

After 2 hours on the phone with 3 different agents, I was told that if I cancel I will be charged a R1500 cancelation fee and when I asked that the call be escalated, the agent cut the call on me.

The next agent had system issues for 20 mins and couldn't assist me.

The 3rd agent probably muted the call until I got tired.

So I went to an MTN store, and was informed that I have to call the call centre for cancelations.

I messaged the Twitter account - to no avail.

Is there someone at this corporation that can assist?
