Worst service EVERRRR

If there was no stars that is what I would have given to them, I took out home internet month to month contract, paid my 565 the it showed soft reserve forever I then cancelled the contract only to find out a week later it is not done and it is now going to be delivered, another 4 days later and the fingerprints machine is not taking my fingerprints, now I have to wait over 2 weeks for a refund and cancellation to be done all the while having no internet spending money on phoning there 3rd party and them saying I can wait another 5-7 working days for cancellation and another 5-7 working days for refund
