Worst service ever.MTN Beaufort West

Worst service,I cancelled my data contract but they still deduct R2000 from my account.I will never make use of MTN again.My contract agreement was R369.39 They deducted R2299 ,I went in to the shop in Beaufort West where I live they said because the 3 year contract was over etc(which was never explained to me),I was advised to pay R4488 to cancel the contract completely which I did and I was forced to do so.The still deducted R2000 now even though I was advised that the contract was completely cancelled.Im furious and unsatisfied.
