worst service ever....account paid up 4 years ago however ITC not updated.

My account has been paid off for over 4 years now however my bureau is not updated accordingly. I`ve spoken to several people via email and nothing has changed. Currently it reflects that i owe them R577 which is not correct.

Last month this account was reflecting as settled now its appearing as in arrears and with a default. Truly exhausted now, worst service I've received in my life.
