Worst service ever, Staff unhelpful and very rude!!!!!!!!!!!!

Me and My wife received the worst service ever today at the Groove Mall (MTN Shop). The staff (3 ladies) were very rude. Infact we didn't receive any service at all and we were only there to make a payment. I regretted the day I bought the shop there.
