worst service ever received by anyone.
I have three contracts with mtn and have had problems with the service that I received from lucky before. I use to be a client from Nashua and the account went over to mtn. I upgraded my contract in the beginning of March. When I was billed for that month I noticed the amount is not the same as what it should be. I noticed that I get billed extra. I went to the mtn store in the grove shopping centre and a guy named lucky was there. He does not greet at all or offer assistance. I showed him my statements and he just picked up a phone and dailed the mtn customer service number and gave me the phone. He did not want to help at all and I asked him why should I hold on for ages on the phone when I came to him for help. I have never seen anybody as arrogant and rude in my life before. I am a loyal customer and if this is the way that a customer gets treated then I will rather do all future buseness with Vodacom. Where have you ever seen that if you ask for help you get handed a phone and told to sort it out yourself. I hate mtn and the service i received from Lucky. He should not be allowed to deal with customers at all. He has no people skills. He gives mtn a bad name in Nelspruit.
