Worst service ever received.

Honestly the worst service I encountered ever. Just steer clear from MTN. No one knows what's exactly going on or how to address issues. Shifting blame and not providing feedback. I took a home internet and cancelled it because of your bad service. Please may I have a refund of the amount that I paid.Its been over 3 months. Called Fezeka,sent her countless emails with no response.

Another thing,we upgraded and till date we are yet to receive the free promotional bundle of 30 gig.I already regret it and now we must endure another 3 year relationship with you. Nthabiseng from Clearwater also no longer seems to care. She has her sale,so to hell with after sales.
