MNT agents are the worst consultants ever to think people want to get paid every month but fail to inject revenue for the business

1 They can't handle a query 2 They will terminate a call while you're speaking 3 No provides you with concreate and logical explanation

I app**** for a contract laptop last year march 2023, the applications was approved I was informed that I need to be migrated from the old system to the new one that was not sorted out I spoke to about 12 agents and no one was able to assist

This year on the 3rd of March 2024 I app**** for a contract phone which was pre approved, They are still telling me that I need to be migrated I spoke to a number of agents and no one is able to assist.

Some of the surnames could be incorrect

No supervisor was decent enough to run with an inquiry and give a resolution This is unacceptable.

We all know that HELLO P inquiries are handled by companies agent
