Worst service ever - MTN Insurance

The worst service ever.

I have been waiting for my phone to be delivered since I lodged a claim end of February, to this date which is now close to 3 months later I am still having to call and fight to have my phone delivered.

What is wrong with this MTN Insurance (Admin Tech. Do I first have to slit my wrists before I get noticed. The worst part about it is that their staff are also no nonchalant about things when you try to have something resolved.

I want my phone to be delivered by the end of this week or else I promise...Twitter will have you for breakfast lunch and supper.

Get it right for a change.
