worst service ever MTN

<p>I app**** for a contract phone and it was approved and delivered on time. But the problem begin when I call MTN direct to activate my prepaid sim to contract. On Monday 12 I called MTN dirext to activate my sim I was told that it will be activated in 2 to 24 hours. On Tuesday 13 it was not activated. I called again I was told the same story of 24 hours on Wednesday it was still not done Today it is Friday and I have been calling evry day. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. Even Vodacom is better. I am paying for a contract that I don't even have. When I want to support MTN and their service is bad very bad. I would never recommend them to any one. I am going to spread a word of their bad service</p>
