Worst service ever. Most annoying thing to get hold of MTN Legal

I am trying to get hold of MTN for the past 2 months now. I am just being transfered from one department to another and no one can assist me which is the most irritating thing to do. Closed my account in 2018 and saw on my credit report i owe them R10 from that time. i just want to pay this R10 as it now comes up i am a bad payer and does not pay my accounts. I called and send emails for the last 2 months even contact the ombuds send me emails back.
