Worst service ever. Impossible to get out of a contract

MTN easily has the worst customer service in the country. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for a whole year, can't imagine how much airtime I have spend online calling customer service to cancel a contract. I was promised a refund for duration of time since I have been trying cancel. I am still paying for a subscription I do not want.
