Worst service ever gotten from MTN

I went to the MTN Sherwood didn't really get friendly service i wanted a upgrade the consultant assisted me by taking all the documents needed ,but he was more in a hurry to close the shop then assist me ...he said I'll get a call a day later ,I called to find out is there any feedback . ..currently I am still waiting for my phone call ....ever since my phone has been disconnected and still didn't get the upgrade ...
