Worst service ever from MTN Shelly Centre

I dropped my cell phone and my screen cracked, luckily not the LCD screen. I took my phone in on the 25th of January, I explained that I do not have insurance and I need my phone for my job. I called the repair facility and they informed me that my phone is not there yet! It is now over a week later and my phone is still in the store where i dropped it off! I understand the duration it takes to get a quote and to have it repaired, I just can't understand that it still has not been sent off to the repair facility.

Every time I called the store to see if my phone has been sent to the repair facility, they keep telling me, "the courier is too busy it will be sent tomorrow", this is since Tuesday? Couriers are very flexible and I do not deem this to be a valid excuse at all.

The staff in store are not helpful at all and you are lucky if you phone in and someone actually answers the phone, usually it just keeps ringing until the phone goes dead. Worst branch I have ever dealt with, all the staff I have spoken to sound so morbid and grumpy. Maybe it is time to get friendlier staff, that would do and appreciate having a job.
