Worst service ever from MTN insurance

I am appalled at the service ive received, i called in to submit an MTN insurance claim and had 3 agents hang up on me, i requested to speak to a manager and imthe agents hung up on me, they kept saying they did not receive my documents, i requested a call back from the manager and it also was not completed, the first agent was very rude and condescending and hung up on me
