Worst service ever from MTN.

I canceld my contract on the 9th of december 2021. Since then they still debited my account. I lost my phone on the 5th of april. I went on the 6th of april to mtn wonderpark and they said that they cannot help me with a simswap. It is my business number. I phoned mtn everyday and I only got promises. First was 72 hours and then 24 hours. If I phone mtn the contract department cant help me i have to speak to prepaid, prepaid says they cant help because it is on contract. I have been waiting for managers to phone me back but nothing happens. Today they say the system is off. No one can help me because no one knowa how to do the job. I have been losing business for a week now because I can not get my number fixed. There service is horrible pathetic
