Worst service ever from MtN

I have received the worst service ever from MTN retentions. I did a early upgrage on 10 Dec with Palissa. They send me the wrong phone. So then it became MY problem. I had to take it back to a MTN store and then they woud send me a new phone with special delivery and would get hold of me. I spoke to a Geraldine Naido at MTN services. Till today 9 Jan, I have not received or got contacted. I have been trying to phone but put on hold and and and. I am so angry!!!! The worst service ever. But I need to pay.
