Worst service ever for upgrade

Terrible terrible terrible. Upgraded 2 months ago to a S72. Was approved then after numerous time contacting MTN on email and customer care I was informed that I was not approved. I was then told that I spoke to someone and was upgraded to another device witch were not true. This is my 4th attempt trying to cancel my contract but they tell me hold on and cuts my call. Please release me from this company
