Worst service ever

For the last two weeks i have been struggling to get my refund as i paid for an item and never received it a have been emailing them they responded twice or 3 time.. but when i send all the details now they don't even respond.. mtn south africa gives the worst service ever.. tried phoning 081 135 can't go through to an consultant 😡
