Worst service ever!!!!!! Fedup with MTN!!!!! No after sales service!

*Worst experience ever!* Phone under Warranty, not charging. Phoned MTN direct, they advised us to send in phone in to nearest MTN shop. This was done, phone still in MTN shop. After numerous phone calls, and bloodpressure rising, nothing was done to collect the phone for repairs. Now nobody knows what is going on. When you phone the MTN shop, they have excuses for not sending the phone away. When phoning MTN Direct, they have excuses as well, and their customer services are very rude. I am on the point to cancel all MTN contracts.
