Worst service ever

I upgraded to a data sim with router package more than a month ago, they said the router would be delivered but l still haven't received it. First they said they dont deliver Khayelitsha but they want money from people staying in Khayelitsha then l gave my mum's address in Mitchell's plain where they said they do deliver but still did not deliver.
