dealing with MTN has been so frustrating. I app**** for contract last week Thursday and it was susposed to be delivered on Monday, come Monday the machine to check my biometrics is not working so the guy couldn’t deliver it, he told me he would call DSV and they would give me a call. Lo and behold I never got contacted then I call DSV and they tell me to connect MTN to setup a manual delivery, I thought those would be easy but wow it has been so had, like every customer agent I get tells me it’s the wrong department and I need to go to another one. It even got to a point where customer service sent me to sales then sales sent me back to customer service, even customer service tells me they were wrong, I need to talk to sales, I even got a number that does not work at some point, heck I even got transferred to repairs at one point. I honestly I give maybe it’s a sign to not upgrade
