Worst service ever.

Worst service ever. Got a new contract with MTN, phones came with no sim cards. I was send from pillar to post trying to sort this out and a week later i still do not have sim cards. Went into MTN Eastrand mall and the person who assisted me told me there is nothing she can do and I was given a number for some company contracted by MTN and they also told me that they could not assist because MTN is responsible for this. I just want to cancel and stay with Vodacom.
